Improvement

Guides, real docs, and a site search engines can read

The help centre went from eight cards of dead links to 32 written articles, and a new Guides section covers job costing, crew hours, markup and margin, receipts, daily logs, and payroll prep. Search on the docs page now actually searches.

  • 32 help articles across 8 areas
  • 6 long-form guides, no sign-up required
  • Working search across every article
  • Structured data and social cards site-wide
Platform

The 2026 redesign

A rebuilt marketing site and web app on the same design system as the iOS app — orange on ink, Geist throughout, and every screen rechecked against what the product actually does. The app works in a phone browser now, not just on a laptop.

  • New marketing site
  • Rebuilt web app
  • Collapsible sidebar
  • Mobile browser support
Improvement

Prices that match what you are charged

The marketing site, the in-app plan picker, and the support chat had drifted to three different sets of prices. They now all read from one place, and a test fails the build if a price is ever hardcoded again.

Improvement

Try the app without an account

A gated demo mode lets you walk through jobs, timesheets, receipts, and reports with sample data before you sign up for anything.

Platform

Production hardening

A pass over security, reliability, and monitoring across the whole stack — tighter permission checks on the server, better error reporting, and faster recovery when something goes wrong.

Feature

Sign in with Apple and Google

Sign in or sign up with an Apple or Google account, on iOS and on the web, with a short setup step afterwards to collect your company details. Existing email accounts can be linked to Apple sign-in.

  • Apple Sign In on iOS and web
  • Google Sign In
  • Account linking for existing users
Feature

AI insights, quotes, and payment follow-ups

Editable quote PDFs, automatic payment follow-up emails, and a dashboard assistant that answers questions about your own jobs and numbers.

Feature

Seven feature pages and an assistant on every page

A construction-first marketing site with a page for each part of the product, plus a chat assistant that can answer product and pricing questions before you sign up.

Improvement

Better receipt reading, and no background location

Receipt scanning moved to a stronger model, and background location tracking was removed outright. Location is now used only while the app is open — enough to tie a clock-in to a site, and nothing more.

Feature

Client payments and the interactive demo

Record a client payment against a job from iOS or the web, so what you have been paid sits next to what the job has cost. Shipped alongside iOS v1.1.

Feature

SiteLedger in Español

The full app — web and iOS — is available in English and Español, switchable per person from settings. Your crew can work in their language while the office stays in English.

Feature

Long receipt scanning on both platforms

Full-length supplier receipts scan in one pass instead of being cut off, with vendor, amount, tax, and date pulled out automatically and a confidence score on every read.

Feature

Geofenced time tracking

Clock-ins are checked against the job site address, so hours are tied to a place and not just a time. The geofence follows the address on the job — no coordinates to enter by hand.

  • Site radius per job
  • Location recorded with the entry
  • Works on iOS and web
Feature

Payroll export and account controls

Payroll-ready CSV export, expanded settings, a working support contact route, and full account deletion.
